Can I sell the car to another party?

No. The auction registration is legally binding and your are compelled to supply a car that matches your description. Once the reserve price on the car has been reached or an agreement has been entered into in any other manner via Autocom.dk, this agreement is legally binding, and Autocom.dk is entitled to its commission. Your car is bound by your registration as long as it is listed at auction. You are not permitted to sell to another party. Please refer to the auction terms and conditions for further details.
